Tamara Clammer
faceOdd Leather Art
Handmade in Seattle
This October (2023), Tamara Clammer is celebrating 17 years as a leather mask artist. What began as a few costume pieces for a Goth convention continues to slowly evolve and grow.
Her work occurs at the intersection of curiosity and capability, each pushing the other until an interesting creation emerges.
faceOdd Leather Art (pronounced façade) now includes leather sculptures and accessories made from remnants too small for masks. Operating as closely to zero waste as possible, eye pieces become leaf pendants and spaces between masks become mushroom lamps or hair stick barrettes.
Tamara has big plans for next year, including a bigger studio where she can once again teach Leatherworking classes. Follow her on Instagram for updates. @faceoddleatherart
