Gina Angelina Tolentino

AKA "Frosty the Artist"

Born in 1971 in Venice Beach and growing up in Northern California, Gina developed a love for art and the ocean from an early age. Professionally she has worked in digital media and graphic design. Her current visual language includes horizons, tears, skeleton fish, oil drops, rocks, seashells, fissures, and kisses. Conservation and respecting nature are part of her ethos. Inspiration comes from many sources, but visually she is drawn to avant-garde fashion, specialty packaging, burlesque and circus performers, and early animation. She likes to draw upon her mixed heritage (Filipina, German, English, and Norwegian) and her ties to Okinawa.
